  4. cancer is the mellignant cell means it is a decay of heap of cells becomes useless and damaging to surrounding areas wherever they sperad. One should restrict the recurrence and of course , it is not an ordinary disease which is ordinarily being taken by the doctors. There are seperate hospitals and specialised doctors , who take care about all post operated treatment meant for the cancer disease. Either the cancerous portion is removed and cured thenafter with chemotherapy or by radiation OR incase of plasma only chemotherapy. But in all the cases there are checks recommended by the doctors / hospitas to follow meticulously wihout fail . If it is attended chances of recurrence is minimised

  5. Your doctor, if s/he is a gyn/onc specialist will know best.
I would bet you would feel pretty *non-specific* changes:

Weakness, weight loss, fatigue, lower abdominal fullness (IF recurrs in abdomen/pelvis)

But if a metastatic growth recurrs, you can have variable presentations–anything under the sun, depending on location of tumor met.

    *Limited* examples include…
Shortness of breath (if malignant pleural effusion near lungs)
    Headache (brain)
Back pain (stress fracture from met to vertebra)

Ovarian cancer, as you know, can be aggressive and very mobile, so stay strong and healthy. Good nutrition, good sleep, rest and limit all forms of stress in your life. Be proactive so you can claim control over your life. Get involved in the interdisciplinary cancer therapies, and stay in close touch with your doctors and nurses. Wishing you love and peace and health!
